Sunday's Orphan has me absolutely "involved". I am about 3/4 of the way thru the fascinating family connections. You have done a great job. I wonder if you had a large white board up in your writing space to keep track of the ins and outs and those family connections? P.A.
Sunday's Orphan was an experience that has stayed with me. I was so engrossed in the characters, especially Promise, that I reflect back on it often. I learned about the depravity within that period of history. Thank you for your wonderful gift of enlightenment. J.D.
How did you bring alive such different characters from an era long before you were born? Sunday's Orphan... engrossing and suspenseful... well written, ... on target in dealing with recent issues within our society. R.S.
I loved... that you let the reader know how Promise's life evolved as she grew older. You always seem to find a segment from today's world and open the eyes of readers to what reality is like: ... the universal orphan brings to light what many struggle with today. The rhetorical question is ever present. M.E.
